PTS Monitor server software
The PTS Monitor server software is designed for collecting reporting and real-time data from the petrol stations using the PTS-2 forecourt controllers and other necessary information about the operation of the forecourt equipment of the gas station network, where the PTS-2 forecourt controllers are used for control over forecourt equipment (fuel dispensers, level gauges, price displays, etc.).
The PTS Monitor server provides:
Remote price management remote price change and real-time pricing data of any connected petrol stations from a single place Detailed reporting and analysis of performed on completed pump sales and payments, tank measurements, in-tank deliveries, registered alerts and GPS records for each petrol stations with formation of the reports and charts Realtime monitoring over petrol stations: pump activity, tank remains, in-tank deliveries, leakage detection, tank alerts, others Collection of technical diagnostics information of forecourt equipment operation from each filling station and immediately informing the user about any alerts and faults to provide minimal downtime and online technical support Generation of daily inventory reports according to tank calibration tables, this allows the user to control cases of possible theft of fuel by the service personnel of the gas station Remote update of site configuration in the PTS-2 controllers
Functionality #
Operation of the PTS Monitor server software is based on receiving, processing and visualizing of data received from the PTS-2 forecourt controllers installed at the filling stations.
Functionality of the PTS Monitor server software allows solving of 8 interrelated tasks for the end user:
Remote price management remote price change and real-time pricing data of any connected petrol stations from a single place Detailed reporting and analysis on completed pump sales and payments, tank measurements, in-tank deliveries, registered alerts and GPS records for each petrol stations with formation of the reports and charts Realtime monitoring over petrol stations: pump activity, tank remains, in-tank deliveries, leakage detection, tank alerts, others Collection of technical diagnostics of forecourt equipment operation: fuel dispensers, level gauges, price displays, RFID readers, PTS-2 controllers from each filling station and immediately informing the user about any alerts and faults to provide minimal downtime. Provision of technical diagnostics information for the service organizations, which are engaged in the maintenance and technical support of the user's gas stations network. Provision of financial results information for the manager and management of the filling station network including the financial results/reports of the filling station operation, failures in the operation of the filling station equipment, completed requests to the service organization for servicing the filling station equipment and reporting information of the service organization on the work performed. Access to different types of server data can be set at the user's request separately. Generation of daily inventory reports according to tanks' calibration tables, this allows the user to control cases of possible theft of fuel by the service personnel of the gas station. Remote update of configuration in the PTS-2 controllers, for example centralized change of prices for fuel grades for all the petrol stations network.

PTS Pay forecourt application
PTS Pay mobile application is a forecourt control application, which allows fuel station’s customers to pay for fuel at the dispenser or even without leaving their vehicle.
